Seek out fellow entertainers who share your values and passions. A supportive network can be your lifeline in times of drama, offering advice, encouragement, and maybe even a shoulder to lean on. Most of my circle is my drag family, and I don’t know if I would have been able to get through the shady parts of this scene without them. I have also found quite a bit of support on a facebook page called “Drag Kings Unite”. Together with your people, you can conquer anything, from shady kings to drama queens.
